The story of J. DEMUTH begins in Berlin in 1852. Over the course of the nineteenth century, the company became a respected purveyor of travel goods and fine leatherware.
At the celebrated address Unter den Linden 3a, J. DEMUTH presented a discerning collection for the art of travel.
Historic business documents record its designation as a manufacturer of travel goods and fine leatherware, as well as its royal warrant at the time.
Original trunks and historic travel accessories still bear witness to a distinctive union of function, craftsmanship and elegance.
Today, this heritage is being rediscovered — inspiring a contemporary collection of refined bags and travel accessories.
